New employment laws have come into effect this month

you need to take immediate action…

Here are the headlines:

• National Minimum Wage has increased
• Statutory maternity, adoption, paternity and shared parental pay has increased
• Statutory sick pay has increased
• If you’re a company with over 250 employees, your gender pay gap reporting should
have been submitted by 4th April too.

Not only is it a new financial year, but, this month the Government implemented new employment legislation that you need to take immediate action on, and this year is no exception.

It is essential to take immediate action on these and to stay legally compliant to protect you and your business.
