This award pays tribute to someone in West Sussex who helps raise funds for one or more of the amazing charities we have in the county.
The award does not necessarily go to the person who has raised the most amount of money, but to someone who really gives their time, heart and soul to charitable endeavors.
The Spirit FM Local Hero Awards are given at the discretion of the judging panel, so every single nomination stands a chance of winning on its own merits; the person deemed most deserving in each category will win, not necessarily the person with multiple nominations.

Each winner will receive a trophy and a cash donation to the charity of their choice, as well as the memory of an amazing night to cherish.
