We are delighted to welcome Lara to the Starfishpeople Ltd team. Recently graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a First Class Honours in International Business, Lara is our HR assistant that helps with the daily tasks arising at Starfish People.
Working closely with Helen enables Lara to develop her understanding of HR practice and further her knowledge in a topic she finds truly interesting. Lara’s university degree has enhanced her organisational skills, allowing her to complete multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
Her multicultural experience during her study abroad year has strengthened her interpersonal skills, and will always be a friendly voice on the end of a phone call or email!. She’s has already been awesome, and Enzo & Bella love her.
