By asking for feedback, it can motivate employees to perform better. Employees like to feel valued and appreciate being asked to provide feedback that can help formulate business decisions. And feedback from client, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders can be used to motivate to build better working relations.

However sometimes feedback can be seen as criticism. So what some can see as criticism is really very useful criticism and is the best way to help individuals ad company’s make different decisions to improve and increase performance.
