Conditions/Disclosures of Job Postings and Resume Search
Starfishpeople.com (the site) is a source for candidates in the Consulting Industry. Each job posting is valid for 30 days. Included in every job posting is an email notification to all our registered candidates notifying them of open positions (Candidates have an option to opt out of this feature) Starfishpeople.com aggressively sources consulting candidates to constantly increase our qualified pool of candidates. However, we cannot guarantee the quantity of candidate responses each job posting will receive. All job postings may be edited or removed at anytime during the 30-day job-posting period. No refunds or credits will be granted. Job postings represent ONE open position within a company and must represent traditional W-2 or 1099 positions in accordance with government labor laws; the only exception to this rule will be non-paid internships. Job postings may not be used for advertising of products or services. Starfishpeple.com does offer advertisement space on the site. For more information on advertising contact our sales department at info@starfishpeople.com. Employers that purchase the resume search feature may contact any candidate directly; Starfishpeople.com does not validate the information that candidates submit to the Starfishpeople.com site. Employers will be held legally liable and responsible for our losses if they permit use of their assigned user name and password by others. Employers assume the responsibility of the information that is provided. Second parties may not receive resumes for any employer by website, fax - phone or email. If you have questions please contact us at info@starfishpeople.com. We will deny resume access with no refund - if we receive a complaint from a candidate that they were solicited by anyone other than a first party employer that has an opportunity listed with us. We reserve the right to exclude solicitations and second party access to this information. No Refunds will be provided.

Employers agree that they are not, or have no affiliation with, a third-party recruiter or recruiting firm, contract employment agency or service, or staffing agency. You also agree not to share login information with the aforementioned. We do not offer our services to 3rd parties and any unauthorized of our site will be denied further access with no notice or refund.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions and the resolution of any disagreement related to these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disagreement between Starfish People LLC and you related to these terms and the state and federal courts of the state of Wisconsin shall resolve conditions wholly.
